Glass, Shutts & Bowen, LLP District: 6 Acreage: 1.62 Request:Rezone from C-1 to PD to allow for consideration of a 226,502 SF parking structure; 9,000 SF of retail uses and 10,000 SF of restaurant uses. The request also includes a waiver to apply the Convention Plaza District (CPD) standards.
