  4. Set Up • Friday, April 17th, 7:00am • Heritage Hall, HUB • Breakfast • Tablecloths and center pieces • Registration table • Breakout room signs

  5. Presenters • Stage Staff • Introduce Speakers • Award Winners • Workshop Sessions • Breakout Session

  6. Registration • 8:00 am – Noon • Distribute Name badges, conference folders • Collect Scrapbooks • Door prize registration

  7. Escorts • Direct Students to Breakout Session • 9:15am – 12:30pm • HUB • Henderson • Grange • Boucke • Back to the HUB for lunch

  8. Lunch • 12:00pm – 1:45pm • Clear Breakfast Leftovers • Arrange food delivered by Honeybaked Ham • Ambassadors – talk and eat with student participants • Clear lunch leftovers
