Building My Dirt Jumper Bike: A Mid-Year 8th Grade Project Presentation

In my mid-year project, I set out to build a dirt jumper bike using a mix of new and old bike parts. My passion for biking and jumping, particularly at Valmont Bike Park, motivated me to learn about bike assembly. Guided by my mentor, Sean James, I sourced parts, removed old components, and refinished the bike frame with a striking fluorescent green paint. Through challenges like finding the right parts, I enhanced my skills in bike maintenance and assembly. My goal is to have a fully functional bike by project night.
