  6. Schedule (an idea when money is available) ?

  7. Cost (Jananese budget request) Year2005 • SciBar disassemble ~2,000,000 (K2K Exp. budget?) • SciBar shipment ~5,000,000 (maybe ask to FNAL?) • WLS fiber ~5,000,000 • Replacement of the damaged one • Scintillator ~6,000,000 (New production at FNAL) • Replacement of the damaged one • Electronics repair and spare ~6,000,000 • PMT spare ~3,000,000 • Calibration system ~2,000,000 • Installation related. ~10,00,000 (No labor/technician fee include) • Glue, cables, etc.. (If we need PMT for ECAL ~40,000,000 => We must find the way) Total: ~30,000,000 + Travel Money: ~8000,000/year 3 students stay at FNAL (~4,000,000) 10 members visiting FNAL (~4,000,000) (*) Experimental Hall/Facility/Detector support structure/Cables/HV system/related cost are not included here since they will be covered by FNAL.
