3. Survival Beginning Survival is a theme in this book. In the book when timothy takes there cloth and he makes a shelter with them this is survival because he shows Phillip how to make a house out of cloths. He also gives Phillip a hole peace of bisects and he eats a hafe of bisect this is survival because he saves food to eat food later. He also he caught a fish to eat. Middle. He also gives Phillip a cloth for his eyes when they heart. He lets Phillip go on the other side of the boat to stay warmer. He also saves water by not giving a lot to Phillip.

4. Phillip’s rudeness and his prejudice Beginning He showsrudeness in the beginning when he tells timothy that he is old. He also tells that timothy that he smells really bad.
