Success at WES • Our school recorded its second consecutive year of meeting AYP goals. • We were removed from the list of schools needing improvement. • A teacher is Teacher of the Year runner-up for the Henry County Schools. • Four other staff members were system Employees of the Year. • A student won first place in the State Social Science Fair. • We have successfully implemented the collaborative model for our special needs population. • Saturday School began in February to assist our fifth graders with CRCT preparation.
