A fun trip for all 8th Grade StudentsWhat’s Included: • March 25th – 29th 2020 • 5 Days / 4 Nights • Includes Roundtrip Airfare • Includes 4 nights stay in Times Square – 3 students to 1 chaperone ratio per room. • Transportation to hotel from airport on 3/25 • Transportation to airport from hotel on 3/29 • Breakfast for 4 Days • Dinner for 2 Nights • All scheduled activities and a Broadway Play • Price approximately $849 per student or chaperone

Itinerary Day 1:  Meals Included: None  Depart Orlando, Fl on an evening flight and check into a hotel in NYC  Day 2:  Meals Included: Breakfast  Breakfast Double Decker Bus Tour of Uptown and Downtown NYC. Approximately 15 stops on each tour to include Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Times Square, SoHo, and Harlem Lunch at your own expense Broadway Show Dinner at your own expense Day 3:  Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner  Breakfast Ferry to Ellis Island Visit Ellis Island Statue of Liberty Lunch at your own expense 9/11 Memorial 9/11 Museum Top of the Freedom Tower Free time with Chaperones Dinner Day 4:  Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner  Breakfast Metropolitan Museum of Art Empire State Building Lunch at your own expense Central Park Free time to shop with Chaperones Dinner Day 5:  Meals Included: Breakfast  Breakfast Depart NYC and arrive back in Orlando 

  6. GMS students will never forget this experience to New York City!  This trip will take student learning beyond the classroom walls as they explore history, art, and culture in one of the world’s greatest cities!

Total Cost – appx $849 per student or parent chaperone Additional Expenses – Dinner for 1 Night, Lunch for 3 Days, and Spending Money) Payment Plan Available Non-Refundable Deposit due Sep. 25 - $100.00 Payment 1 Due - Oct 25, 2019 - $200.00 Payment 2 Due – Nov. 22, 2019 - $200.00 Payment 3 Due - Dec. 20, 2019 - $200.00 Final Payment Due – Jan 24, 2020 - $149.00 (appx) Payments can be made through School Pay or check made out to GMS PTSA.
