  4. Planning Procurement Activity Procurement Documents FNS must review: • Request for Proposal for Planning Support Resulting Contract

  5. The Feasibility Study and Cost Analysis State agencies may choose a technology or adopt a technology neutral approach. The alternatives analysis is optional only. If a State agency is considering an exemption from the 2020 EBT mandate, a cost analysis will be needed. Otherwise, it is optional.
