The Calm Project, managed by Y People (formerly YMCA Glasgow), provides confidential, inclusive, and person-centered support services to young people and the wider community. Our mission is to empower individuals within a safe and welcoming environment that fosters respect, equality, and positive choices. We offer various services including befriending, mentoring, counseling, and group work, all designed to support young people facing challenges such as bereavement, loss, and anti-social behavior. Monitoring and evaluation ensure our effectiveness and impact.
