  6. Ordinance • Ordinance (First Reading) - Repealing and reenacting with amendments Section 24-87 of the City Code pertaining to monthly billing for water service.

  7. Ordinance • Ordinance (First Reading) - authorizing execution of a contract to exchange City-owned surplus property located at 630 Elm Street for the property owned by Keithlyn Warner located at 311Broadway.

  8. Order • Order accepting the bid of Braddock Construction, LLC for the Baltimore Avenue Improvements Project (No. 02-12-M) in the estimated unit price amount of $1,398,466.10, contingent upon Maryland State Highway approval.

  9. Order • Order appointing Dennis Bittinger and Fred Zarger to the Shade Tree Commission effective 8/1/13 - 7/31/17; Gregory Powell to the Parks and Rec Board effective 8/1/13 - 7/31/18; and Rebecca Ruppert and Larry Jackson to the Economic Development Commission effective 8/1/13 - 7/31/16.
