A state-wide survey gathered insights from 251 respondents, including 32 from Delaware County, Iowa, to evaluate community needs. Participants rated various issues as Very Important, Important, or Not Important. The top five concerns identified in Delaware County were strengthening families, improving youth health and well-being, enhancing nutrition and health outcomes, fostering economic development, and cultivating productive citizens and leaders.
