THE MISSION - to help SMEs to be successful and competitive in automotive industry chains. THE VISION - to create network and critical mass of relevant subjects to improve the quality of human resources, but also to support technology transfer and innovation processes mainly but not only in automotive industry.

Automotive Academy Objectives: • To improve management skills and knowledge of professionals and managers working in the several areas automotive industry management, • To apply the principle of combining theoretical knowledge and practical experience, • To provide training courses with top instructors in the three pillars.

Automotive Academy 3 Pillars TOP MAMAGEMENT– aimsofthispillar are: to improve management skills and knowledge of specialists and managers in several areas of management, to acquire knowledge of the international legal system and so on. WHITE COLLARS - Provides lifelong education and training. These courses are tailored for managers , mastersofvocationaltraining, headsof production lines , sellers - sales skills and sales techniques, and alsogeneral knowledge of finance, law , human resource management or marketing and not only in theory but also in practical terms BLUE COLLARS – covers life-long education, career development and retraining of ordinary workers in the automotive industry.

  12. 3D Additive Manufacturing Horizon 2020 • Introduction of emerging technologies – 3D AM • The development of qualitatively new kinds of metal products using 3D printing , especially : • Treatment of refractory materials , safety studies and recommendations • Manufacture of the composite heterogeneous products • Refining materials that can interconnect sintering • Applying Sintered carbide tools area • Creating composites with desired friction properties • Powder grain size and parameters of laser sintering - focus, power , • speed , features • Ensure through the pores of the panel surface and the lubricant supply • to the friction • Looking for cooperation: • Universities, automotive and aerospace industries , especially SMEs .

  13. ACS Innovations - SimPlant Development of new projectforinnovativesolutionfortrafficconceptplanning of largeplantareasbased on ICT technology and simulation SW - 1. Main targets: • To use ICT from CARS 2020& SW components for collecting information and creating predictive testing and simulationtool for new traffic concepts with focus on: • material flow into production, • empty buffers flow out of production, • products flow out of production, • collecting transport data into virtual simulation environment • creating simulation object library for flexible processing of information flow • creating simulation object library for modeling and visualization of real time vehicle • movement in plant structure • creating statistical tools for measuring of logistics and traffic processes

  15. Automotive without Borders ACS responded to a call at the CBC Programme SR-CR. The main objective of the project is to ensure the correct orientation and a skilled workforce for the purpose of applying in a wide range of automotive industry in order to promote economic development and increasing employment in Trnavas region and the Moravian-Silesian region. Main partner: Moravian-Silesian Atomotive Cluster The specific objectives of the project: Develop the skills of human capital on the basis of sustainable cooperation between academies automotive clusters Create new forms of cooperation in education between companies and secondary technical schools Acquire knowledge about the needs of human capital in membership of both clusters Improve cluster management with a focus on SMEs membership growth
