LOHLE … • Etude Randomisée Multicentrique dans le BENELUX • Vertébroplastie versus Traitement Conservateur • Critères d’Inclusion: Fracture Vertébrale Ostéoporotique Douleur Handicapante ( - 6 sem. ) • Objectif Principal: Douleur (EVA) • 101 Patients (bras Vert.), 101 Patients (bras TC.) • 53% des Patients inclus: soulagement spontané de la douleur (EVA < 5) • Amélioration statistiquement significative à 1mois et 1 an (EVA – QOL) • Coût équivalent • Nouvelles Fractures: 16% (VTP) VS 25% (CT)

  10. Conclusion: VTP = Effet Placebo • Cross over à 3 mois: 43% (CT) vs 12% (VTP) • Douleur évoluant depuis – de 12 mois • Pas de groupe contrôle • Critères d’inclusion trop larges (VAS>3 !, pas d’IRM…) • Technique contestable (Buschwinder)
