  14. Constanta • Constanta is a city located on the Black Sea coast in the south-eastern Romania, in the historic region of Dobrogea ,residence in the county of the same name and largest city of South-East region development. • Population:310.471

  16. Sibiu • Sibiu formerly Sibiiu is resident and largest city of Sibiu county. It is an important cultural and economic center of southern Transylvania. It has a population of approximately 155,000 inhabitants.
