Proven Expertise: U.S. Trade Events Match making events to find right partners The U.S. commercial Service in India organizes several U.S. Trade missions. • At least 1 per month on a average. • During the past 3 years we have facilitated 4-5 U.S. TMs related to RE sector, with specific reference to Solar and Energy Efficiency. • Clean Tech Mission visited Hyderabad in November 2011 • These events serve as a platform for Indian and U.S. companies to meet and discuss business and markets in India. • We have several success stories coming out of these missions For instance, Boston based Spire Corp has supplied solar panels manufacturing platforms to Evergreen solar in Coimbatore.

  4. Trade Finance Support Our office represents the U.S. EXIM Bank (www.exim.gov), the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (www.opic.gov) and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (www.ustda.gov) in South India, to offer the best trade finance support your business needs.

Successful projects launched: aviation, information communications technologies, clean energy, and food energy sectors. Recently launched a U.S.-India Energy Cooperation Program with 16 member U.S. companies. Clean Energy and Transportation are typically large sectors for the agency’s activity.
