  3. Basic ingredients: • Launch TOOLS toimprove QUALITY (handbook & Q-app) • Community impact: whatcanitmean? • Personal and/or societalgain? Finding a balance • Exchange betweenpractice, research & policy (1st april = researchers meeting) • EU programmesandbeyond • Celebration 30 yearsJINT (promoting learningmobility)

  5. Participants (max. 150) • 20 people in the team (JINT staff, facilitator(s), rapporteur(s), prep team, EPLM platform …) • + • 15 researchers • + • 115 places for other participants: • 80 pax in delegations (up to 4) for 20 NAs (programme countries) • 10 pax INGOs representatives (pre-selected by EYF) • 15 pax through each partner region (SALTO’s) • 10 extra places

  6. The national delegations (of maximum 4 people per country) • should come from 6 different profiles: • 1. Youth worker/NGO worker in the youth field • 2. Young person (age 18+), especially if they have a story to tell about how their learning mobility experience influenced them to make a (positive) impact on society • 3. Policy maker from local/regional/national level, related to youth policies • 4. Researcher (social scientists, and also including those who have other relevant pHd studies) with an interest/record in societal impact • 5. People from ‘local communities’ – those connected to society impact or social capital, rather than learning mobility • 6. NA staff member

  7. Contributions • The partnership: support for travel of the researchers, and facilitator(s) (15 pax)+ contracts 1 researcher/rapporteur • NA’s contributing to costs of the event + app (in TCA plans 2018 +2019) : • Belgium Flanders, Germany, France, Turkey, Italy, Estonia, Finland • NA’ssendingdelegations (max 4 pax) : Belgium Flanders, Romania, Bulgaria, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Hungary, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, France, Liechtenstein (only 2 pax), … • If NA’s want to send more than 1 NA staff member, they should cover expenses for travel and lodging from their own budget (outside TCA). We will send invoices for accommodation • SALTO I&D: contributingtothe development of the app • Regional Salto’s: sending costs for 15 people

Promotion • Promotion through the SALTO calendar, National Agencies & • Regional SALTOs • Partnership channels and EYF can be used to promote ( also outside EU) with a clear message who to contact NA/Salto/EYF to apply. • Early november publish the Call for participants on SALTO training calendar • Info on partnership website • https://pjp-eu.coe.int/en/web/youth-partnership/european-platform-on-learning-mobility

  9. Procedures • 15 jan - Deadline for registration (online form) • 1 feb - preselection by NAs/SALTO/EYF • 28 feb  - final selection by NA BEFL + confirmation of Participants • 1-4 April Event!!!
