  9. Homework is a review of skills taught in class. • They will be required to bring their homework back the following day, as we will review the homework in class for completion and accuracy. • I do ask that you check over your child’s homework. They should be able to do the work independently.

  10. Please check your child’s agenda book each night. If they do not write homework in their agenda book; then, they are not following directions. • Agenda books are $10 in the bookstore. I will let you know when they are available. • The only day students will NOT have homework is on Friday.

  11. If you have not already joined Class Dojo, please do so. I will be using class Dojo to monitor student’s daily behavior. My goal in using this tool, is to keep you well informed of your child’s daily behavior. Class Dojo also allows you to message me directly, view classroom highlights, and see exactly the behavior your child is exhibiting for the day. On Friday’s, you will notice a larger point deduction. This is due to Friday being reward day. Students have the option of redeeming points for rewards or saving them for larger prizes. Whenever there is a point deduction, I will always have the reason stated. Students have truly enjoyed using Class Dojo.
