There needs to be a very well-balanced approach to being an athletic director in the financing and overall operations. Mark Hankins Iowa is a proud Iowa native that is now the assistant athletic director at the University of Iowa since 2014.

Some coaches take extreme measures in getting to know their players strengths and weaknesses and building from there. Mark Hankins is an Iowa native that has brought great methods to coaching with his success at the University of Iowa as head coach of the men's golf team.
