  3. Do not be a RAT. Your taxes are being laundered on vanity affairs while a million of your brothers and sisters starve. Do not fund studies of a corrupt official’s child, diamond gifts to his wife and his car at a cost of dying people who pray to god every day for someone to come and Help them!!Find out where your money went.
