This study evaluates the impact of a Short Course in Undergraduate Clinical Supervision on inter-professional supervisors at the University of Stellenbosch. Conducted in 2010, the research analyzed self-assessments, videos of sessions, student reflections, and facilitator interviews before and after a one-day course. Results showed that supervisors felt more competent post-course, while students benefited from improved support and guidance during clinical experiences. The findings highlight the course's role in fostering both student learning and the professional development of supervisors.
