  5. Approval of Minutes • Approval of the Regular Session Minutes of June 4 and June 18, 2013. • Approval of the Administrative Session Minutes of May 21, 2013.

Ordinance • Ordinance (second and third readings) - Amending the fee schedule for Fire Department services to authorize reimbursement for emergency medical response services including fire suppression fees, motor vehicle collision response fees, emergency medical response fees, hazardous materials response fees, false alarm fees, inspection and plan review fees.

Order • Order executing an Educational Cable Channel Agreement between the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland, the Allegany County Commissioners, and the Allegany County Board of Education granting the Board the right to utilize the Educational Channel in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Franchise Agreement executed on May 16, 2011 between the City and Atlantic Broadband Penn, LLC.

  10. Order • Order authorizing payment to IA Construction Corporation in the estimated unit price amount of $69,058.50 for emergency repairs due to a watermain break on Davidson Street.

  11. Order • Order executing an Employment Agreement between the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland and Charles W. Taylor, Jr., for the position of Code Enforcement Officer, commencing on July 1, 2013 and ending on June 30, 2014.

  12. Order • Order executing a License Agreement between the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland and Gregory and Denise C. Stup for usage of the property owned by the City located at 470 Baltimore Avenue.

  13. Order • Order authorizing the Chief of Police to accept a GOCCP Sex Offender Compliance and Enforcement in Maryland Grant titled “Monitoring Support” for FY14 in the amount of $18,150.00 for police overtime to perform compliance checks by conducting home visits of registered sex offenders to confirm residency.

  14. Order • Order accepting the proposal of PMA Companies to provide Workers Compensation Insurance for the period 7/1/13 - 6/30/14 in the estimated amount of $1,283,165.00.

  15. Order • Order declaring property at 630 Elm Street to be surplus, declaring the intent of the City to accept the offer of Keithlyn Warner to exchange property he owns at 311 Broadway Street for said surplus property subject to a Contract of Exchange, and authorizing execution of the Contract and Deed of transfer twenty days after approval of the Order.
