  2. You will be placing the following items in your notebook – in the exact order as listed. Be CREATIVE and NEAT when creating YOUR Interactive Notebook! • Cover – Decorate and make it YOURS by making it personal. Pictures, drawings, etc. You can use packing tape or some kind of covering to protect it. • Front Page – Center the following: • Name, Subject, Period, Teacher/Room, School Year • Next TWO pages – Glue in the Table of Contents on the front and back of the next two pages. • Scope and Sequence • Chemistry Guidelines – Make sure you can read the front and back • Safety Rules • Periodic Table • Formula Chart • Unit Conversion Chart • Ion Charts – all three • Electronegativity Values Chart • Solubility Chart • Page Numbering – Number each page (right and left) at the top of each page. Top right for the right page and top left for the left page.  • FIRST assignment once the above has been completed: Place each of the pages listed above in the Table of Contents with the proper page numbers.
