  2. Proposal 1 – Placard Organizer • To make it easy to find your placard at engsoc meetings • $22.99 • Not funded, can be purchased Proposal 2 – Computer Keyboard • One of the keys on one of the keyboards in the orifice doesn’t work • $2474.02 • Not funded

  3. Proposal 3 – Paper Trimmer • To have a paper trimmer that doesn’t suck • $60.00 • Not funded, already purchased Proposal 4 – Trophy Case Lock • To ensure stuff doesn’t get stolen from our trophy case • Unknown • Not funded, can be purchased

  4. Proposal 5 – Cell phone signal booster • To increase cell reception in RCH basement • $1500 • Not funded, to be investigated further and re looked at in the summer Proposal 6 – EngSoc Sports Equipment • To have sports equipment available in the EngSoc Office • $150 • Full funding

  5. Proposal 7 – Axis and Allies • Marc Tan wants to play Axis and Allies • $158.20 • Not funded, no one likes Marc Tan Proposal 8 – CnD bag hooks • To have a place to put bags when you go into the CnD, instead of on the floor • ~$100 • Not funded, tabled until summer, Mary to investigate

  6. Proposal 9 - Kickoffice • Buy kickoff and offer 50 cent shots of rum • $2000 • Not funded, payment plan was bad. Mary unwilling to manage. (Myles Tan abstained) Proposal 10 – POETS coat hooks • To have a place to put bags and coats when you are in POETS, instead of on the couches and floor • $100 • $100 put into poets fund, can be used for this

Proposal 11 - EngBus • So EngSoc has a bus • $10000 • Not funded, no one likes Marc Tan This idea Proposal 12 – Awesome Binding Machine • Have a much better binding machine that only EngSoc staff use, and we will bind their report for them at an additional cost of $.50 - $1 • $500 • Full Funding

  8. Proposal 13 – Water Fountains • To start putting new, nice water fountains (like in E5) into the older buildings • Exact cost unknown • Remaining money ($1878.60) to be allocated for this purpose. If more funding is required, it will come from future ECIF allocations
