  3. Jazz Band Drum - $901.74 • Decision: No money • Rationale: This would open up opportunities for all student teams to apply for money and ECIF is meant to benefit all engineering students

  4. Instrument Cases -$1214.75 • Decision: $105.00 • Rationale: Only new microphone case

  5. Improvement of Media - $671.28 • Decision: No money • Rationale: EngSoc purchase

  6. Pinball Machine - $2500.00 • Decision: No money • Rationale: Needs further investigation into space, would it be well used, can’t charge money since we don’t have a gaming license

  7. Jukebox - $1300.00 • Decision: No money • Rationale: ...

  8. USB Multimedia Controller – $70.00 • Decision: $70.00 (all) • Rationale: Would be helpful to adjust volume without needing key in POETS

  9. Lighting - $2493.91 • Decision: $2493.91 (eco friendly – full proposal) • Rationale: Used at EOT’s, Semi, etc... • Now they are rented out every term – would save money in long run

  10. Fog Machine - $632.80 • Decision: No money • Rationale: Will continue to rent out as we need it.

  11. Cash Counter - $199.95 • Decision: No money • Rationale: C&D will purchase this

  12. POETS Pictures -$250.00 • Decision: $250.00 (all) • Rationale: Update photos in POETS to include more recent photos (more relevant to people now)

  13. Laser Machine - $460.00 • Decision: No money • Rationale: Will rent out as needed

  14. LCD Screen Funding - $1000.00 • Decision: $1000.00 (all) • Rationale: Will be requesting money from the Dean for this purchase; will look better if we are putting money on it as well

  15. POETS Door Repair - $3000.00 • Decision: $1500.00 (screen outside facing only) • Rationale: We want to fix the mural ourselves ;)

  16. Novelties Vending Machine • Decision: No money • Rationale: Wouldn’t add much value; if the concern is that POETS isn’t open enough, should just extend hours

  17. Space Heaters - $1000.00 • Decision: No money • Rationale: • Would make inside POETS really cold during ‘OT’s • Wouldn’t guarantee people would go outside and stay outside – so possibly wouldn’t increase capacity

  18. Plaque Civil Statue • Decision: $100.00 • Rationale: Plaque was stolen

  19. POETS Fund • Decision: 1243.01 (Now at $2281.36) • Rationale: • POETS is great

  20. E7 C&D Fund • Decision: 1243.01 to E7 C&D Fund (Now at $2281.36)
