  2. Getting Started • Go to http://www.proquestk12.com • Enter the following log-in information • User Name: ardreykell • Password: knights • Click “My Products Page” • Click “SIRS Knowledge Source”

Steps to Find Leading IssuesExample: renewable energy • Check the “SIRS Issues Researcher” box • In the search box near the top of the page, type “renewable energy” and click “Search” • To narrow your search results, look to the left-hand side of the computer screen: • You may select what sources from which you would like to see results on your topic Pick one! 

  4. Selecting and Citing Your Information • Once you find a search result that provides you with the desired information, select the title link of that source. • On the right-hand side of the computer screen, click on the link “Citation” • You can copy & paste this citation onto your works cited.
