  2. Due:Friday, September 21st Choose your Scientist from the Top 100 list Only One student per Scientist The paper is not complete until it is turned in or emailed. Late papers will be frowned upon Turn in early and you will have time to do revisions and raise your grade

  3. Paragraph 1 Introduction: Why is the Scientist Famous? What famous discovery or act did he/she accomplish?

  4. Paragraph 2 What are the life facts about the scientist? When and where were they born? What was their childhood and early education like? What type of home life did they experience?

  5. Paragraph 3 What type of higher education did they have? What was some of the early research or experiments that they performed? Did they work with any other famous scientest?

  6. Paragraph 4 What were their major accomplishments? What one or two things are they “known” for having done?

  7. Paragraph 5 Conclusion What have we learned about this scientist? Why was their discovery/accomplishment important? How does what they have done affect our lives today?
