  7. Lions Clubs International Livermore Lions Club The Livermore Lions Club was chartered September 19, 1924 under the sponsorship of the Oakland Lions Club. Charles Smith was the first club president. The Livermore Lions Club was the first community service club to be established in Livermore and has served continuously for the past 85 years. Lions Clubs International Livermore Lions Club Livermore Lions Club Tail Twisting Small fines of no more than $1 may be assigned for violation of various infractions at club meetings as determined by the Tail Twister. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Members pay the club treasurer a fixed price and the club pays the total bill. New Member Orientation 2009-2010
