10.8g Tris • 5.5g Boric Acid • 0.93g EDTA PREPARATION OF 100ML OF 10X TBE
C1V1= C2V2 • (10x)(?)= (500ml)(1x) • ?=50ml of 10x TBE stock • 440 ml of MQ to make 500ml PREPARATION OF 500ML 1X TBE FROM 10X STOCK
