  2. Location -Norway is located on the continent of Europe -Norway lies in the North Eastern hemisphere

  3. Norway Facts Are: • -the highest mountain in Norway is 2,469 meters high and its name is Galdhopiggen -the major source of water is the North Atlantic City -their population is large its population is 4,601,849 -Norway does celebrate Christmas -85.7 % 0f Norway’s people speak church of Norway

  4. Climate • Norway’s climate is not that simple in Norway it is temperate around the coast and has a cold interior with lots of precipitation it also has cold summers finally on the West coast it is cold all year long.

  5. Norwegians and their Christmas • In Norway they do celebrate Christmas . In Norway they exchange gifts on Christmas Eve . The gifts are sometimes brought by Santa Clause, but not all the time . Sometimes the gifts are brought by small gnomes called Julenissen or Nisse . Children in Norway pick up their presents from under the tree then they read the tag on the present aloud.In Norway the way to say merry Christmas is either God Jul or Glaedelig Jul. • Norwegians speak only a phew different languages such as : Bokmal Norwegian , Nynorsk Norwegian , Small Sami. • Norwegians have lots of different incomes so I’m going list them : Agriculture- barely , wheat , potatoes , pork, beef , veal ,milk ,andfish. • Industries-petroleum and gas ,food processing ,ship building ,pulp and paper products ,metals ,chemicals ,timber ,mining ,textiles , and fishing.

  6. Flag Norway’s flag is red with a blue cross outlined in white that extends to the edges of the page .The vertical part of the flag is shifted to the hoist or left side to make it look like a Danneburg flag ,(Danish flag) .The colors flag represents Norway’s past unions with Denmark.

  7. My Norway Visit • I would very like to visit Norway because to me it looks fun and I think it would be a very good experience for me.
