  2. Castle in Ogrodzieniec The castle ruins at Ogrodzieniec, one of many castles owned by Warszycki. Ruins from stone castles are rarely preserved as well as those at Ogrodzieniec.  Two towers, the outer walls and parts of the interior have been preserved.  The castle is built on a rock, a part of which has been utilized as outer walls.  Ogrodzieniec rises out of the natural formation on which it stands.

  3. Castle in Mirów It is best known for the ruins of the 14th-century , part of a defensive chain of medieval castles built along.

  4. Okiennik It is one of the most beautiful rocks on the Jurassic. The Characteristic window has 5 metres of the diameter and 7 metres of the length.

  5. Częstochowa Is a city in south Poland on the Warta River with 248,894 inhabitants (2004). It has been situated in the Silesian Voivodeship (administrative division) since 1999, and was previously the capital of Częstochowa Voivodeship (1975-1998). However, Czestochowa historically is part of Lesser Poland, not of Silesia and before 1795 (see: Partitions of Poland), it had belonged to the Kraków Voivodeship.

  6. Kraków Is one of the largest and oldest cities in Poland and a popular tourist destination. Its historic centre was inscribed on the list of World Heritage Sites as the first of its kind.Situated on the Vistula river in the Lesser Poland region, the city dates back to the 7th century.[Kraków has traditionally been one of the leading centres of Polish academic, cultural and artistic life, and is one of Poland's most important economic centres.

  7. Oświęcim Is a town in southern Poland, situated 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of Kraków, near the confluence of the rivers Vistula (Wisła) and Soła. The town became part of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in 1998 after previously being in the Bielsko-Biała Voivodeship since 1975. Oświęcim is noted for being the location of the former Nazi German Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration and Extermination Camp (1940-1945), now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a state museum.

  8. Zakopane Is a town in southern Poland with some 28,000 inhabitants (2004), situated in Lesser Poland Province since 1999 (in 1975–98, it was part of Nowy Sącz Province). The town, a place of Góral culture and informally known as "the winter capital of Poland," lies in the southern part of the Podhale region at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, the only alpine mountain range in the Carpathian Mountains .

  9. Wieliczka Is a town (2006 population: 19,128) in southern Poland in the Kraków metropolitan area, and situated (since 1999) in Lesser Poland Voivodeship; previously, it was in Kraków Voivodeship (1975-1998). The town was founded in 1290 by Duke Premislas II of Poland.

  10. Tarnowskie Góry Is a city in Silesia in southern Poland, near Katowice. Borders on the Upper Silesian Metropolitan Union - metropolis with the population of 2 millions. Located in the Silesian Highlands.

Activities at school • The Spanish people took part in many activities at our school. • The Polish people made a show about the river Warta • Everyone drew pictures about city’s monuments. • We learnt to dance ‘Krakowiak’. • We learnt to sing a Polish song ‘Płynie Wisła płynie”. • We had sports activities.

  13. Port Aventura PortAventura is a theme park in the resort of Portaventura, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain, on the Costa Daurada ("Golden Coast"), approximately an hour south of Barcelona. It is the 11th-most populous municipality in the European Union and sixth-most populous urban area in the European Union after Paris, London, Rhine-Ruhr Area, Madrid and Milan with the population 4,185,000.

  16. Tarragona is a city located in the south of Catalonia and east of Spain, by the Mediterranean Sea. It is the capital of the Spanish province of the same name and the capital of the Catalan comarca Tarragonès

  17. Mountains in Alcover Alcover is a municipality in the comarca of Alt Camp, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain.
