REFLEXIONES DE LOS CCDS NÚCLEO Se detecta la oportunidad de motivar a los Consejeros en el involucramiento de la Misión del Consejo y en la capacitación para su buen desempeño dentro del Consejo. Es necesario que la UCPAST realice talleres de participación ciudadana con las delegaciones de la SEMARNAT. Apoyar en el traslado a los consejeros que viajan, fuera de la Cd. de Colima y/o Jalisco. El Núcleo Querétaro ha venido trabajando en coordinación con la Delegación, sin embargo se requiere que dicho apoyo sea continuo y oportuno a fin de que las actividades del Consejo sean más ágiles y eficientes. Se requiere instrumentar herramientas y medios de difusión masivo a la población de las actividades y resoluciones del Consejo Para la elección de Consejeros deberá establecerse un perfil de acuerdo a cada sector que garantice: representatividad y nivel de conocimiento básico.
