Online Invitation of KUH Application /Circular • Candidates desirous to be selected as KuH have to apply on-line application which is available on website: www.hajcommittee.gov.in • Hard copy of online filled application in original along with requisite documents to be sent to their respective State Haj Committees within a stipulate time and not directly to HCoI. Application sent to HCoI will be summarily rejected. • Male / Female applicants can apply . • Before Applying as Kuh the applicants must read the circular carefully . • The eligibility criteria mention in the Circular issued for Kuh.

  3. EligibilityCriteria for KuH. • Applicants should be performed either Haj or Umrah. • Applicants must be Government Employee / Public Sector Units Statutory bodies. • Applicants of age between 25 to 58 as on given date.

  4. Mandatory documents for KUH Applicants. • A No Objection Certificate from the Employer must be submitted. • Office Identity card. • Passport Copy Front /back. • Visa page for Haj/Umrah Proof • Applicants must attend the Training Programme organized by HCOI, failing which their selection can be cancelled.

  5. Role duties & Responsibility of KuH • KuH have to travel with pilgrims from their respective State. • KuH shall be responsible from boarding flight in India upto their return. • On arrival in Jeddah the KuH cell in Indian Haj Pilgrims Office (IHPO) in Makkah and Madina and should follow their Instruction. • KuH have to work under supervision of Officer assigned by the CGI, Jeddah and should report regularly and be generally service are required.

  6. Duties of KUH • Every KuH has to be in continuous touch and contact with the pilgrims assigned to him / her. • If a pilgrim has a problem with his Moallim , KuH may with due discretion intervene to solve the matter with the help of CGI for further action if required. • Before his / her return to India each KuH has to submit a report along to CGI on the difficulties faced by pilgrims in his/her charge and services rendered by him/her.
