  3. C A N D I D A T E M A T R I X  Adalah Menentukan Alternatif-Alternatif atau Kandidat-Kandidat SOLUSI Untuk Memecahkan Masalah yang Ada di Dalam Sistem

  5. FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS • Feasibility = Kelayakan • Feasibility merupakan penilaian kelayakan suatu sistem • Ada 4 Test Feasibility: Operational, Technical, Schedule, dan Economic

  6. FEASIBILITY • Operational Feasibility Meninjau tingkat keberhasilan dari solusi yang dipilih dan mengetahui pendapat pemakai sistem tersebut. • Technical Feasibility Mengukur seberapa praktis sistem yg dikembangkan, teknologi serta tenaga ahli yang tersedia • Schedule Feasibility Meninjau dari penjadwalan proyek sisfo tsb • Economic Feasibility Meninjau proyek sisfo dari segi Cost-effectiveness

  7. Feasibility Analysis Matrix • Menggabungkan Candidate System Matrix dengan proses analisis, dan kemudian memberikan ranking pada Candidate² tersebut.
