INNOVATIVE MICRO TECHNOLOGY • Process Development Engineer (0.5 years) • Spent most of my day in the cleanroom moving wafers through the process and documenting steps for my Program Manager • Program Manager (1.5 years) • Coordinated daily activities for my group • Trained the technicians on new tasks • Interfaced with the customers of each program • Developed schedules and financial reports • Managed a weekly meeting where employees discussed items that needed attention in the lab • Restructured the training procedure for employees

LOCKHEED MARTIN • Process Engineer (0.5 years) • Worked in the cleanroom moving wafers and developing new processes • Managed the daily moves for wafers to meet the delivery schedule • Served as technical lead for process development • Process Engineering Manager (4 years) • Managed one technician and ten engineers • Served as point of contact between production and engineering regarding cycle time, tool up time, and prioritization • Strategized cost reduction • Drove corrective action and continuous improvement • Defined capital needs • Managed capital implementation • Program Manager (+1 years) • External programs
