(wind, surge height & frequency) Inter-Island physical & meteorological data products necessary for optimal vessel routes. **Saved money for shippers. Observations and predictive models. Navigation corridors to avoid mammals/instrum.

Educational example: Kamehameha Schools may have resources to incorporate water qualty monitoring (from the instrument, to deployment, to data) into their programs.
