  3. Review job description and think about SKA: Skills, Knowledge and Abilities needed to perform the job successfully • Use consistent, job-related criteria when developing a screening tool for evaluating candidates Prior to the interview

  4. Review resume and cover letters for minimum and preferred qualifications. It’s helpful when evaluation to arrange them in three categories • Contact for interview • Possible consideration • Reject Application material review
