During this time the mission statement, school/system goals, evaluations and observations, school events and activities, expectations, curriculum, assessment, classroom management, sexual harassment, Lee v.   5. Quality, Structured Mentoring • http://youtube.com/watch?v=GprifiSL2j8&feature=related Mentors are selected based experience and expertise. Provisions for time, support, and stipends are created. Mentor and Mentee are compatible. Mentors are to serve as a resource and guide for new teachers.

  6. Common Planning Time Schedule common times for grade level and area teachers to work together. Focus on curriculum standards and assessment. Analyze assessment data to modify teaching strategies. Promote collaboration among new and veteran teachers and share teaching ideas.
