  1. Sleep and Health : What Should You Know? Have you always thought of beauty sleep as a myth or a phrase?! All those beauty experts and your Optometrist telling you that a good night sleep is pivotal to your health sound like scams? Well, Uptown Eye Care are here from Mississauga, to disagree and bust your myth. Sleeping is a very important function of human health and without a REM cycle, human body does not rejuvenate amicably. If you go without sleep for eleven days, you die!

So it is best if you get a sleep with a lot of dreams even if your dreams may not be your favorite ones!
