Styles of 50s Cars Fifties cars came in a variety of styles. • Coupes: hard topped cars with two doors • Sedans: hard topped cars with four doors • Convertibles: cars with two or four doors with an opening roof. • Trucks: large vehicles with a load bed in the back.

50s Automobile Colors • In the 50s cars started to be manufactured with a variety of colors. • Car companies offered wacky colors to attract female buyers • Some other colors companies used were pink, neon green, and bright yellow. • They also made cars with two-tone paint, this means that they have 2 colors of paint on them.
