  9. Economy • We had a pretty well balanced economy during this time. Everyone made money, and had jobs, and things weren’t as expensive as they are today. • Did you know that Schuylkill County sold the most Christmas trees during 2004? The economy is so bad today that people didn’t even buy Christmas trees!

  10. Clothing Styles • Clothing from this time was the same as what we wear today. • A lot of the name brands were brought up during this time. • For example: Hollister, American Eagle, Aeropostale, and Abercrombie & Fitch. • People would basically wear jeans, hooded sweatshirts, UGG boots, and stuff we have today.

  11. Price of a House • The average cost of a house during this time was around $140,000.00 which compared to today is the cost of a older home. Today some houses can cost $300,000.00 or higher.

Music back in 2000 – 2005 was actually good music.

Today’s Microsoft program is more developed and easier to use. • There was a virus released called ILOVEYOU which shut computers down world wide. • There were many new viruses, programs, and software that you can download. These years were when technology took a huge advancement. • Also, Wikis were the web site to have back then.

  22. Taking a Look Back • As we go on through out these years, think of everything that we have accomplished. From 2000-2005 is when technology really stepped it up. I am not blaming these years, but I think we would have less things that are hard to do, such as cyber bulling.
