New Delhi | The first day of Myntra's EORS (End of Region Sale) brought shopping joy for over 1.2 millioncustomers who bought 40 lakh products, which is the highest increase in the first day's traffic session for Myntra. Around 53 per cent of the first-time tier 2-3 customers came forward to make their first purchase on Myntra, giving a big boost to the 14th edition. In the biggest increase ever, one million new customers installed the Myntra app.

  1. 12 lakh customers shop on the first day of Myntra's end of reason sale New Delhi | The first day of Myntra's EORS (End of Region Sale) brought shopping joy for over 1.2 million customers who bought 40 lakh products, which is the highest increase in the first day's traffic session for Myntra. Around 53 per cent of the first-time tier 2-3 customers came forward to make their first purchase on Myntra, giving a big boost to the 14th edition. In the biggest increase ever, one million new customers installed the Myntra app. Main Highlights: 1. Customers purchased 2.7 million products during Early Access. 2. Over 8.5 lakh orders placed during early access, of which around 3.5 lakh are members of Myntra's insider and loyalty programs.

  2. 3. A record 1.6 million products were sold during the first 12 hours of sales. 4. A total of 1.3 lakh items were delivered through Early Access till July 3. 5. Customers bought 8 beauty and personal care items every second. Myntra registered a growth of 6x on BAU on the first day with most of the shopkeepers placing orders for men's casual wear, women's western wear, personal care etc. Shirts, kurtas, dresses, tops, headphones, bras, smartwatches and handbags saw the highest growth over the previous June. Men's jeans and streetwear occupied the top categories, followed by women's western wear and ethnic wear, accounting for over 50 per cent of the total sales. Customers purchased over 3 million items during early access, mostly T-shirts, kurtas, tops, shirts. Some of the top brands are Tommy Hilfiger, Levis, Jack & Jones, UCB, H&M, Flying Machine, Nautica, Biba, There were Vero Moda, Only, Mango, Libas, Varanga, Nike, Puma, Skechers, Crocs, Boat, Apple, Fossil. Speaking about the update, Amar Nagaram, CEO, Myntra said, “The first day of EORS is always the most exciting time for us as well as for shoppers and our partners. With the biggest opening day ever, this EORS is going to be one of the most exciting times for us. This is a testament to how customers are placing their trust in Myntra." The first day witnessed tremendous demand from customers across all sectors. Mumbai and Pune are showing highest growth in December 2020 edition of EORS and Tier 2/3 cities - Mysore, Mangalore from South, Bhubaneshwar and Cuttack from East, Shillong and Guwahati from North East, Bhopal and Nagpur from Central India, EORS Ludhiana and Bhatinda from the north, Nashik and Udaipur from the west have contributed to this edition of About 53 per cent of the first time customers were from Tier 2-3 and onwards, with maximum buyers coming from Guwahati, Bhubaneswar, Dehradun and Imphal, Udaipur, Shillong from Tier 2 and 3 cities respectively.
