Using Mobile Money Pre-requisites: • Signed up to the service • Sufficient balance in your bank account • Aware of your PIN. • It is of 5 characters in length and can be combinations of alphabets and numbers • PIN is case sensitive • Aware of the Destination Account Number or Code • CODE is the short code you assing to the regular accounts you transfer funds to. • You assign the codes in your application form. You can change these codes later too.

  3. Using Mobile Money Sending Instructions Type “P2P” to indicate your intention to pay bills, at a shop or a restaurant Type your unique PIN after a space. Eg your PIN is PiN21 Type the Beneficiary code that you have specified while signing up. Or you can use the account number as well. Eg. 00013010003231 Type the Amount you need to transfer. Eg. Rs. 5,000 Send to 2002 | | P2P | PiN21 | MOM 5000
