TINS & Cultural & Linguistic Competence: Values Alignment • TINS aligns with the family. • TINS Focuses on the youth’s/family’s definition of success, based on culture, values, interests, strengths. • TINS pushes worker to seek to understand, value, and partner with natural supports, as defined by the youth/family.
