48" 36" 36" 21.5" x 45.5 " 12" Extra Space or Title Area PhilaSUG Poster Dimensions PhilaSUG poster boards constructed with formboard and felt mat overlays are light in weight for easy transport. This means your poster must be light in weight too! A multiple-sheet display can be assembled with regular or photo-grade paper. Only light-weight paper can be used for larger one-piece displays. SUGI or NESUG PhilaSUG Title Supplied by Presenter Title Supplied by SAS Institute 45.5" x 45.5 " SUGI space is larger and the poster boards are more sturdy. You may need to shorten your SUGI display for presentation at PhilaSUG. The velcro "dots" are the same, however. Twelve sheets plus title are affixed with Velcro "dots" to the top board. Extra space at the bottom is used for three additional sheets or a large SUGI or NESUG supplied title.
