Sample Dialogue: Hello, my name is XXX from Weichert, Realtors. Did you receive my postcard in the mail? Isn’t it really exciting that your neighbor just listed their home? We anticipate a lot of interested buyers who would like to move into your neighborhood. Have you thought of putting your home on the market?
