  1. Flapjacks Ingredients: 200g large rolled oats 150g margarine 100g brown sugar 2tbsp golden syrup 1. Wash hands and put apron on. Wipe down work area and collect equipment. 2. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. 3. Grease and line a swiss roll tin. Ensure greaseproof paper is also greased. 4. Weigh and measure the margarine, sugar and syrup into a pan. Mix together over a low heat with a wooden spoon. Do not boil. 5. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats making sure they are all coated. Mix in any extra ingredients. 6. Press into the swiss roll tin and level out, using a spatula. 7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 8. Mark into squares using a sharp knife and leave for 5 minutes.
