This project aims to minimize the environmental impact of CO2 emissions from automobiles. Our system chemically reacts CO2 with sodium hydroxide and water to produce catalytic acid, which can be utilized in everyday products like sodas. Key considerations include ensuring the system's size fits within exhaust systems, its affordability for average drivers, the environmental benefits of CO2 reduction, durability requiring replacement every five years, and convenient installation. Our solution promises to significantly reduce harmful emissions, making a positive impact on air quality.

Goal Of Project • Our goal is to minimize/ eliminate the effect CO2 has on our environment. • What the system does is chemically reacts CO2 with Sodium Hydroxide and water to form Catalytic acid which is used in everyday uses such as sodas: Coke
Constraints We Looked At • Size - whether or not it would fit into an exhaust system • Cost - Could the average driver afford the system • Environmental Effect - The amount of CO2 we are able to eliminate • Durability -How often a system would have to be replaced -Every 5 years due to chemical erosion • Convenience of installation - Fits right w/ the exhaust system before exhaust pipe
Way to test theory • React CO2 w/ water and sodium hydroxide in a closed controlled environment and see how much CO2 is still released into the atmosphere
Conclusion • The amount of CO2 released by our cars has a deadly effect on our environment and we aim to eliminate that hazard • We are sure that you will love our product, if u don’t simply just return it and you can stick with a hole in your exhaust system.
