Choose one aspect within your control—not related to physical appearance—that could lead to a happier, more focused you. Create morphing art to visualize your desired change. Consider community, family, and global influences on your vision. What similarities and differences exist? Explore actionable steps that can bring about meaningful change for yourself and potentially inspire others.

Change 1 Thing Voluntary Changes Envisioning Change FRIDAY- WEEK 1
Think of one thing (that you have control over) that you would like to change. This cannot be something about your physical appearance. It should be something that you think would make your life better. For instance, I (the author) would like to be able to get out of bed faster in the mornings because I know it would get my day off to a better start without rushing around every morning! Once you have an idea of the thing that you would like to change, then create a piece of morphing art. See the next slide for an example. VOLUNTARY CHANGE
