Secure Sound & Video (Site Survey 16Jun2014) Advertising/Collateral graphics complete Script complete Music Rehearsals start Fundraise August Order collaterals (T-shirts, Posters, Cards) Place newspaper ads (TX Catholic, VN, DMN) for publishing near event date Start work on concert visuals (lyrics, animations, backgrounds, video clips) Fundraise September Place Radio & TV Ads Place Posters at churches, schools & other institutions Place ads in church bulletins Build Meet & Greet PR materials (posters, feedback forms, sign-up forms, donation receptacles, electronic donation) Visuals complete Fundraise October Dress rehearsal/Stage Management Prep Food

Updates Mass (anticipatory) & Concert 1 hour for mass, ½ hr break to set up, 1.5 - 2 hr concert Church is booked for Friday evening 8-12 and Saturday all day except for morning and wedding masses. Wedding mass at 2:30-4:00 (very little time to set up) Dress rehearsal will have to be on Friday night Sound, Stage, Lights, Video Site Survey June 16 DivineProductions.org Song List 90% (based on resources, some unknown) Script work started—due June 21 for 1st draft
