This document outlines the development process of a cultural diversity module for CCIVS, emphasizing the importance of cultural diversity in workcamp settings. Initiated in 2005, the process included drafting, rewriting during seminars, and producing a CD-ROM for distribution. An editing team of two will ensure the effective transmission of findings into the module. The structure comprises theoretical chapters linked with practical exercises, allowing for various forms of expression. Feedback from testing in workcamps will inform the final publication.
